Pricing Policy
BlackGate Management implements a strategic Revenue Percentage Pricing Policy where we charge every provider based on a percentage of Revenue we collect on their behalf ensuring all providers, Large or Small can afford our Premium Medical Billing Services with ease. It allows large providers to keep costs in check with set overheads while allowing small providers to save themselves from being over charged. With us, you only pay for the revenue we generate for you, helping you retain more of your hard earned money where it belongs: In Your Pockets.
Our service charges range from 2-4% of revenue collections and any services can be added on free of charge in the same umbrella (not including credentialing). Every Provider contracted with us is entitled to 50% off for credentialing.
How we determine service charges:
Providers with average monthly insurance collections above $7000 are charged 4%.
Providers with average monthly insurance collections above $12,500 are charged 3%.
Providers with average monthly insurance collections above $25,000 are charged 2%.
Credentialing charges depend on state specific laws and insurance regulations, ranging from $500-$700
